What Becky says: Parker was born with Down Syndrome. I found out when I was 20 weeks pregnant with her. I knew it was important to have early intervention and start therapy as soon as she was born. So, I began the search for a therapy team for her then. I think I found the perfect place! She’s been with Nicki and her team since she was 3 months old!
Why New Hope Therapy? I think it was the fact that when you meet them, they just seem like family. You trust them with your child. When I walk up to them to hand off my child to them - and her arms go out for that therapist - it's an amazing feeling. I know she's safe. As a parent, you know you’re in the right place when you see that! They love her as if she was their own child.
Now, when we arrive - Parker gets so excited. It’s like a play-gym for her. You look around and it just looks like fun! She loves it here - this is like her playgroup! But, in the meantime, she’s working and getting her therapy.
